About our school
Our learning environment will allow students to apply their knowledge to real-life experiences through hands-on projects, while working with peers of different skill levels. We believe that children should be given as many opportunities as possible to learn the way that God intended them to.
Our hope is to instill a love of learning and the love of the Lord into the hearts of our learners and to provide them with every skill necessary to follow God’s call in their life, whatever that may be.
An inside look on a student's typical day
Students will spend most mornings studying mathematics and literacy and afternoons learning and practicing homesteading skills, including but not limited to cooking, gardening, farming, building, sewing, and food preservation. These tasks will require students to work together and communicate effectively with others of differing skill and age levels.
During these activities, students will integrate their knowledge of math, literacy, science, and social studies. Our students will be exposed to aspects of government and history through field trips and visitors from our local community. Students will find freedom and encouragement to explore scientific concepts both in nature and in the Bible.
